Game Career Seminar at GDC 2009 Sponsorships

Programmed by the Game Developers Conference® Team, the Game Career Seminar is designed for those interested in building a career in the game industry.   As a sponsor, attendees will network with industry professionals, meet with HR executives from leading game companies in the Career Pavilion, and gain insights from top developers while in the presence of your group’s branding.

Game Career Seminar Reception (Exclusive)
$20,000

• Logo and link on Events and Sponsors page of GDC website
• One (1) Sponsorship listing in a Game Career Seminar Update newsletter (includes logo/link and 50 company description)  if received no later than Jan. 9
• Logo included in events listing in digital conference preview guide if received no later than Jan. 16
• Logo in Events section of GDC Conference Program if received no later than Feb. 16
• Logo to appear on two 22"x28" ‘thank you’ signs provided by Show Management if logo provided no later than Feb. 13
• Logo listing on Game Career Section of Conference Program if received no later than Feb. 16
• Tabletop during reception (includes one 6ft draped table, 2 chairs). AV and electrical not included though can be ordered by, and paid for, the sponsor.
• Hanging of single-sided banner at reception by pipe and drape.  Banner can be no larger than 8'w × 5'h and to be provided by sponsor (production not included).  Must arrive at advance warehouse by Mar 18.
• Handouts can be placed on table at reception. Sponsor to provide handouts and they must arrive at GDC’s advance warehouse by March 18.
• Two (2) All Access Passes to 5-day Game Developers Conference.
• GDC Show management will place the order for food and beverage based on food for 200 people.  Any additional food needs to be paid for by sponsor. Operations can provide contact info for venue caterer and sponsor can order and pay directly

PLATINUM (Exclusive)
$16,500

• Logo on GDC Event and Sponsor page of GDC website & Conference Program if received no later than Feb. 16
• Mention as Platinum Sponsor with logo on Game Career Seminar Sponsors page on website
• Sponsor logo and mention in Game Career Seminar update newsletter if received no later than Jan. 9
• Sponsor logo on signage onsite promoting Game Career Seminar if received no later than Jan. 9
• Lunch speaking opportunity (need more details, TBD)
• Sponsor Logo on ad promoting GameCareerSeminar in Game Developer Magazine, based on availability.

• Large Hanging Banner in classroom. Banner can be no larger than 8'w × 4'h and to be provided by sponsor (production not included).  Must arrive at advance warehouse by Mar 18.

• Rotating 120x600 banner on Game Career Seminar websites to run from date of contract to March 2009, banner provided by sponsor
• Totebag Insert at GDC, distributed to all attendees
• Includes ten (10) Expo Passes
